Appointments are currently for Saturday mornings only, and begin at 10am. There are group minimums for each option and will require a 50% deposit to reserve the time. Cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
For this option, I will demonstrate the basics of Chinese Gongfu tea brewing and take you on a guided tour of traditionally eastern styles of tea..
This option is a comparative tasting, so it is limited to that is suitable to brew in the gongfu style, but I can tailor the experience to your tastes. Suggested themes may be a tour of green teas, Chinese teas, Taiwanese oolongs, aged teas, etc.

Enjoy a regional or varietal tour of tea’s, curated to your interests. We could explore Regional varieties, such as Japan, Taiwan, and China, or take a closer look at a specific variety such as green tea, oolong tea or fermented puerh tea. Mixed method brewing, but will likely include some gong fu brewing.
